As a Realtor® who specializes in land, I am equipped to help both buyers and sellers in Northern California achieve their real estate objectives. Because I’ve been a longtime property owner in Shasta County, I have inside knowledge of the area and know how to find, market, and sell rural and recreational properties. I can also help buyers find homes in Redding and surrounding towns.
In addition to buying and selling services, I provide a wide range of other valuable services, from analyzing access and building sites to managing development projects and facilitating cleanup and brush removal. I can also work as a liaison with the county, neighboring property owners, and other agencies on issues, such as variances, lot line adjustments, permits, compliance issues and easements.
Projects I have undertaken include managing the permitting and building of a 2,160 square foot home near Shasta Lake for out of town clients and implementing a repair/remodel of an existing mobile home on an 1,800+ acre property I manage for another out of town client. I can also analyze and assess the value of your property, and create aerial and topographic maps using GPS technology and sophisticated mapping software.
